Trading Terms

100% payment upfront on all orders placed via this website. Payments are processed via Paypal or Google Checkout. It is also possible to pay by cheque or bank transfer upon arrangement. Orders with quantity of bags 1000 or more - that are bring produced overseas and imported in - we require payment upfront with a Purchase Order and the 50% balance is payable upon delivery. In the later case, we provide a physical sample for approval before production goes ahead. 

Delivery Policy

All orders through this website are processed within 7-10 days upon delivery on artwork approval providing we have enough bags in stock. For bigger orders coming in from China or India this take 8-10weeks. Because airfreight produces 20 times more carbon omissions than sea freight, shipping is the preferred delivery option. This is free of charge to customers.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or UK Customs departments or by 'acts of God'.

Air-freight on orders coming in from overseas is available and can be quoted for upon request.

Claims or Returns

If you cancel an order, cancellation fees may apply. The fees can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically, the cancellation fee will cover costs involved such as set-up costs including printing plates, labour and freight. If already shipped, shipping costs are still payable.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.

Artwork & Colour

We can accept all types of files. A print proof is supplied before production. For customised bags, spot colour printing Pantone PMS colours must be quoted – you will be asked for this when placing your order.
